Become a Classroom Volunteer at Clallam Bay School

Do you have a little extra time and a lot of heart? We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our classroom community this semester.

Even just an hour or two a week makes a massive difference in building student confidence and creating a supportive learning environment. We need supportive adults to help us with a variety of fun and essential tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

We have opportunities for every interest! You might find yourself:

• Supporting Literacy: Reading exciting stories aloud to groups and listening with patience as emerging readers read to you.
• Mentoring in Math: Providing that little bit of extra one-on-one help students need to grasp new math concepts.
• Inspiring Creativity: Assisting with engaging art projects and guiding students as they construct their very own handmade books.
• Refreshing the Room: Helping us showcase student pride by putting up new work and taking down old displays from the walls.

NO TEACHING EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

We just need your patience, kindness, and willingness to lend a hand. We will provide all the guidance you need.
